MAJOR EVENTS (AERIAL ADVERTISING) ACT 2007 (NO. 13 OF 2007) - SECT 43

Who can bring proceedings for offences?

    (1)     Proceedings for an offence against this Act may be brought by—

        (a)     the Secretary; or

        (b)     a person authorised in writing by the Secretary for the purposes of this section.

    (2)     In proceedings for an offence against this Act it must be presumed, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, that the person bringing the proceedings was authorised to bring the proceedings.
