MAJOR EVENTS (AERIAL ADVERTISING) ACT 2007 (NO. 13 OF 2007) - SECT 37
Offence to hold oneself out to be authorised officer
A person who is not an authorised officer must not, in any way, hold himself
or herself out to be an authorised officer.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
