MAJOR EVENTS (AERIAL ADVERTISING) ACT 2007 (NO. 13 OF 2007) - SECT 33

    (1)     An authorised officer who—

        (a)     exercises a power of entry under this Act; and

        (b)     produces his or her identity card for inspection by a person—

may, to the extent that it is reasonably necessary to determine whether this Act has been contravened, require the person—

        (c)     to give     information to the authorised officer; and

        (d)         to produce documents to the authorised officer; and

        (e)     to give reasonable assistance to the authorised officer.

    (2)     A person must not refuse or fail, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a requirement made under subsection (1).

Penalty:     60 penalty units.
