MARINE (DOMESTIC COMMERCIAL VESSEL NATIONAL LAW APPLICATION) ACT 2013 (NO. 36 OF 2013) - SECT 96

After section 177(2)(b) of the Transport Integration Act 2010 insert —

    "(ba)     an investigation by him or her under the Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National Law as a delegate of the National Regulator; or".
