MAJOR CRIME (INVESTIGATIVE POWERS) ACT 2004 (NO 79 OF 2004) - SECT 90

New section 102BA inserted

s. 90

After section 102B of the Police Regulation Act 1958 insert —

        "102BA.     Objects of Director

        The objects of the Director are—

        (a)     to ensure that the highest ethical and professional standards are maintained in the force; and

        (b)     to ensure that police corruption and serious misconduct is detected, investigated and prevented.".
