HERITAGE ACT 2017 (NO. 7 OF 2017) - SECT 125

A person must comply with the terms and conditions contained in a consent issued under section 124.

Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 240 penalty units;

    In the case of a body corporate, 480 penalty units.
