Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) In sections 210(1)(c) and 210(2)(c) of the Firearms Act 1996 , after "under the licence" insert "that is not restricted ammunition to which paragraph (a) of the definition of restricted ammunition applies, which is possessed, carried or used in the course of training as a security guard".
(2) In section 210(3)(c) of the Firearms Act 1996 , after "under the licence" insert "in the circumstances in which authority is required under subsection (1) or (2)".
