        1     Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities

    1.1     In section 3(1), in the definition of "Commission", for " Equal Opportunity Act 1995 " substitute " Equal Opportunity Act 2010 ".

    1.2     In section 3(1), in the definition of discrimination and the note at the foot of that definition, for " Equal Opportunity Act 1995 " substitute " Equal Opportunity Act 2010 ".

        2     Guardianship and Administration Act 1986

    2.1     In section 16(1)(j), for " Equal Opportunity Act 1995 " substitute " Equal Opportunity Act 2010 ".

        3     Information Privacy Act 2000

    3.1     In section 27(4), for " Equal Opportunity Act 1995 " substitute " Equal Opportunity Act 2010 ".

        4     Local Government Act 1989

    4.1     In clause 1 of Schedule 6, in the definition of "discrimination", for " Part 3, 5 or 6 of the Equal Opportunity Act 1995 " substitute "Part 4, 6 or 7 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 ".

        5     Parliamentary Administration Act 2005

    5.1     For section 19(3)(a)(v) substitute —

    "(v)     the matter is the subject of a proceeding in any court or tribunal initiated by the applicant, including a proceeding under Division 2 of Part 8 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 ; or".

    5.2     For section 19(3)(a)(vi) substitute —

    "(vi)         the matter could more appropriately be the subject of a proceeding in any court or tribunal, including a proceeding under Division 2 of Part 8 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 ;".

        6     Public Administration Act 2004

    6.1     For section 64(3)(a)(v) substitute —

    "(v)     the matter is the subject of a proceeding in any court or tribunal initiated by the applicant, including a proceeding under Division 2 of Part 8 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 ; or".

    6.2     For section 64(3)(a)(vi) substitute —

        7     Serious Sex Offenders (Detention and Supervision) Act 2009

    7.1     For section 142(3)(b)(vi) substitute —

    "(vi)     the Commissioner of the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission appointed under section 169 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 ;".

    7.2     In section 142(8) the definition of Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commissioner is repealed .

        8     Sex Offenders Registration Act 2004

    8.1     In section 3, in the definition of "disability", for " Equal Opportunity Act 1995 " substitute " Equal Opportunity Act 2010 ".

        9     Transport Act 1983

    9.1     In section 220DA(3), for " Equal Opportunity Act 1995 " substitute " Equal Opportunity Act 2010 ".

        10     Working with Children Act 2005

    10.1     In section 10(2)(b)(ii), for " Equal Opportunity Act 1995 " substitute " Equal Opportunity Act 2010 ".

        11     Wrongs Act 1958

    11.1     For section 24AG(2)(i) substitute —
