In section 3 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998 —

        (a)     for the definition of inquiry substitute —

""inquiry" means an inquiry conducted by the Tribunal under an enabling enactment;";

        (b)     for the definition of proceeding substitute —

""proceeding " means a proceeding in the Tribunal, including—

        (a)     an inquiry conducted by the Tribunal; or

        (b)     a compulsory conference under section 83; or

        (c)     a mediation under section 88; or

        (d)     a rehearing or reassessment under Part 6 of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1986 ;".
