EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACT 2010 (NO. 16 OF 2010) - SECT 200

    (1)     In section 14(1) of the Racial and Religious Tolerance Act 2001 —

        (a)     for paragraph (a) substitute—

    "(a)     has brought a dispute against any person to the Commissioner for dispute resolution;

        (ab)     has made a complaint against any person;";

        (b)     for paragraph (d) substitute—

    "(d)     has attended a compulsory conference or mediation at the Tribunal in any proceedings under this Act;".

    (2)     After section 14(3) of the Racial and Religious Tolerance Act 2001 insert —

    "(4)     In this section, " complaint" means a complaint lodged under section 20, as in force before its repeal.".
