EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACT 2010 (NO. 16 OF 2010) - SECT 189

If—

        (a)     a person has brought a dispute to the Commissioner for dispute resolution; or

        (b)     a document or any information or evidence has been produced or given to the Commission or the Commissioner under this Act—

a person is not personally liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by another person by reason only of the bringing of the dispute or the production or giving of the document, information or evidence.
