EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACT 2010 (NO. 16 OF 2010) - SECT 166
Payment of members(1) An appointed member of the Board, other than a member who is an employee of the public service, is entitled to receive the fees that are fixed from time to time by the Governor in Council for that member.
(2) Each appointed member of the Board is entitled to receive the allowances that are fixed from time to time by the Governor in Council.
