EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACT 2010 (NO. 16 OF 2010) - SECT 161
Constitution of Board(1) There is established a Board of the Commission.
(2) The Board consists of—
(a) the Commissioner; and
(b) either 4 or 6 other members appointed by the Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Minister.
