EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACT 2010 (NO. 16 OF 2010) - SECT 157
Commission's research functions(1) The Commission may undertake research into any matter arising from, or incidental to, the operation of this Act that it considers would advance the objectives of this Act.
(2) The Commission may collect and analyse data relevant to the operation and the objectives of this Act.
