EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACT 2010 (NO. 16 OF 2010) - SECT 140

    (1)     After conducting a public inquiry, the Commission may provide a report on the public inquiry to the Attorney-General.

    (2)             If the Commission provides a report to the Attorney-General under subsection (1), the Attorney-General may cause a copy of that report to be laid before each House of Parliament.

    (3)     The Commission may publish a report on a public inquiry, whether or not the report has been provided to the Attorney-General.
