EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACT 2010 (NO. 16 OF 2010) - SECT 102

A councillor of a municipal council must not sexually harass—

        (a)     another councillor of that council; or

        (b)     a member of a committee of that council who is not a councillor of that council.
