In section 4(1) of the Emergency Management Act 1986 —

        (a)     the definitions of Co-ordinator in Chief and Deputy Co-ordinator in Chief are repealed ;

        (b)     for the definition of State Co-ordinator substitute —

""State Emergency Response Coordinator" means the State Emergency Response Coordinator referred to in section 11;".
