EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 (NO 24 OF 2006) - SECT 4.4.4
Review of higher education coursesThe Authority may appoint a person or committee to review a course of study accredited by the Authority and advise the Authority as to whether or not the course of study continues to attain the standards required of a higher education course of study under this Act.
