EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 (NO 24 OF 2006) - SECT 2.2.6
Parent not required to contribute to cost of additional support
s. 2.2.6
A parent of a student with a disability or impairment is not
required to contribute to the cost of the provision of additional support for
the education in a Government school of that student.
