Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) In every Government school there must be observed in accordance with this section a ceremony at which the students acknowledge their role as citizens of Australia.
(2) The school council at each Government school must in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Minister determine—
(a) the form of any ceremony under sub-section (1); and
(b) the intervals at which the ceremony must take place.
(3) The flag to be used at a ceremony under sub-section (1) must be the Australian National Flag.
