CRIMINAL PROCEDURE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 8 OF 2008) - SECT 19

s. 19

After section 606 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 insert —

        "     607     Transitional provision—Criminal Procedure Legislation Amendment Act 2008

Section 362A as inserted by section 4 of the Criminal Procedure Legislation Amendment Act 2008 applies to a sentence imposed on or after the commencement of section 4 of that Act if the plea hearing commences on or after that commencement.".
