COURTS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (ASSOCIATE JUDGES) ACT 2008 (NO. 24 OF 2008) - SECT 49

In section 14(5) of the County Court Act 1958 —

        (a)     in paragraph (aa) for "master" (where twice occurring) substitute "associate judge";

        (b)     in paragraph (ad)—

              (i)     in subparagraph (i), after "master" insert "or associate judge";

              (ii)     in subparagraph (ii), for "a master of a" substitute ", an Associate Judge of the Supreme Court, or a master or an associate judge (however described)
of a".
