Judge to hold court where directed and appoint days of sitting

s. 46

(1) Insert the following heading to section 7 of the County Court Act 1958 —

" Where court held and days of sitting ".

(2) In section 7(1) of the County Court Act 1958 , after "a judge" insert "or, subject to the Rules, an associate judge".

(3) In section 7(4) of the County Court Act 1958 , after "a judge" (wherever occurring) insert "or an associate judge, as the case requires".
