    (1)     In the heading to section 104J of the Supreme Court Act 1986 , for " Masters' " substitute " Associate Judges' ".

    (2)     In section 104J of the Supreme Court Act 1986 —

        (a)     in subsections (2) and (3)(a), for "Master" (wherever occurring) substitute "Associate Judge";

        (b)     in subsection (3)(a), for "Master's" (wherever occurring) substitute "Associate Judge's".
