    (1)     In the heading to section 104B of the Supreme Court Act 1986 , for " Masters " substitute " Associate Judges ".

    (2)     In section 104B of the Supreme Court Act 1986 —

        (a)     in subsection (1)—

              (i)     for "A Master" substitute
"An Associate Judge";

              (ii)     for "the Master" substitute
"the Associate Judge";

        (b)     in subsection (2), for "A Master" substitute "An Associate Judge".
