COURTS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (ASSOCIATE JUDGES) ACT 2008 (NO. 24 OF 2008) - SECT 16

s. 16

    (1)     In section 10(1)(a) of the Supreme Court Act 1986 , after "by a Judge" insert "of the Court".

    (2)     After section 10(1)(a) of the Supreme Court Act 1986 insert —

    "(ab)     all appeals from the Trial Division constituted by an Associate Judge which the Rules specify are to be heard and determined by the Court of Appeal;".

    (3)     In section 10(1)(c) of the Supreme Court Act 1986 after "Judge" insert "of that Court".
