COURTS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (ASSOCIATE JUDGES) ACT 2008 (NO. 24 OF 2008) - SECT 15

New section 9B inserted

After section 9A of the Supreme Court Act 1986 insert —

    " 9B     Titles of Associate Judges

Subject to this Act, the Chief Justice, after consultation with the Council of Judges, may determine all matters pertaining to the title of any Associate Judge.".
