In section 3(1) of the Supreme Court Act 1986 —

        (a)     insert the following definitions—

"" Associate Judge" means an Associate Judge appointed under section 104 and referred to in section 75(4) of the Constitution Act 1975 ;

"Judge of the Court" means a Judge of the Court referred to in section 75(3) of the Constitution Act 1975 ;";

        (b)     in the definition of "court official", in paragraph (c) after "Judge" insert
"or Associate Judge";

        (c)     the definition of Master is repealed .
