Grooming for sexual conduct with child under the age of 16 years(1) In section 49B(5) and (6) of the Crimes Act 1958 , for "the child was" substitute "the child or the person under whose care, supervision or authority the child was, or both were,".
(2) In section 49B(7) of the Crimes Act 1958 , for "both the accused and the child were" substitute "the accused, the child and the person under whose care, supervision or authority the child was, were all".
