CRIMES AMENDMENT (SEXUAL OFFENCES AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2014 (NO. 74 OF 2014) - SECT 5
Removal of marriage exception(1) Section 45(3) of the Crimes Act 1958 is repealed .
(2) In section 47(1) of the Crimes Act 1958 , omit "to whom he or she is not married".
(3) In section 47A(1) of the Crimes Act 1958 , omit "to whom he or she is not married".
