CONSUMER AND OTHER ACTS MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS ACT 2021 (NO. 1 OF 2021) - SECT 75

In section 10.6.5 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 , in the definition of relevant person —

        (a)     for paragraph (da) substitute —

    "(da)     a keno licensee.";

        (b)     in paragraph (h), for "licence;" substitute "licence.";

        (c)     paragraph (i) is repealed .
