ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION REFORM ACT 2012 (NO. 20 OF 2012) - SECT 66
Approval to pass special resolution in other manner(1) An incorporated association may apply to the Registrar for approval to pass a special resolution in a manner other than specified in section 64(4)(a).
(2) If the Registrar is satisfied that it is not practicable for a special resolution to be passed in the manner specified in section 64(4)(a), the Registrar may approve the resolution to be passed in a manner specified by the Registrar.
