ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION REFORM ACT 2012 (NO. 20 OF 2012) - SECT 122
Statutory manager to report to Registrar(1) On the receipt of a request from the Registrar, a statutory manager must, without delay, prepare and give to the Registrar a report showing how the statutory management is being carried out.
(2) The Registrar may give a copy of the report to the incorporated association.
