AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AND FAIR TRADING ACT 2012 (NO. 21 OF 2012) - SECT 131
Complaints(1) Any person may complain to the Secretary about the exercise of a power by the Director under this Division.
(2) The Secretary must—
(a) investigate any complaint made to the Secretary; and
(b) provide a written report to the complainant on the results of the investigation.
