51. Entitlements of a Wildlife Taxidermist Licence Type 1

A Wildlife Taxidermist Licence Type 1 authorises the licence holder-

   (a)  to possess, keep, buy, sell, dispose of and process for the purpose of
        preserving, preparing and mounting, and restoring, parts or complete
        specimens of the dead wildlife that are of the taxa listed in Parts A
        and C of Schedule 6 for the purpose of preserving specimens of those
        taxa of wildlife and;





   (b)  to provide parts or complete specimens of dead wildlife that are of
        the taxa listed in Parts A and C of Schedule 6 for use in commercial
        films or theatrical productions with the prior written approval of the
        Secretary.
