Entitlements of a Wildlife Demonstrator Licence

41. Entitlements of a Wildlife Demonstrator Licence

A Wildlife Demonstrator Licence authorises the licence holder-

   (a)  for the purpose of promoting an understanding of the ecology and
        conservation of wildlife, to display any taxon of wildlife listed in
        Schedule 3, 4 or 5 or specified by the Secretary in the licence-

   (i)  to the public in travelling displays or demonstrations or other
        temporary displays or demonstrations; and

   (ii) at any location within Victoria; and

   (b)  to provide wildlife of any taxon listed in Schedule 3, 4 or 5, or
        specified by the Secretary in the licence, for use in commercial films
        with, in the case of each use, the prior written approval of the
        Secretary; and

   (c)  for the purposes of paragraph (a) or (b), to possess, keep, buy, sell
        or dispose of any such wildlife.
