35. Entitlements of a Wildlife Controller Licence Type 2

A Wildlife Controller Licence Type 2 authorises the licence holder to take
reptiles listed in Schedule 7 from the wild and to dispose of or destroy those
reptiles in accordance with the conditions of the licence for the purpose of
removing danger to persons from reptiles.
