PART 1 PRELIMINARY

Objectives

1. Objectives

The objectives of these Regulations are-

   (a)  to make further provision in relation to the licensing system
        established by section 22 of the Wildlife Act 1975; and

   (b)  to prescribe fees, offences, royalties and various other matters for
        the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1975; and

   (c)  to provide for exemptions from certain provisions of the
        Wildlife Act 1975.
