Exemption from licensing requirement

74. Exemption from licensing requirement

A commercial passenger vehicle that-

   (a)  is not a taxi-cab within the meaning of section 86(1) of the Act; and

   (b)  is operated by an accredited person within the meaning of the
        Public Transport Competition Act 1995 to provide services in
        accordance with the conditions of the person's accreditation under
        Part 2 of that Act-

is exempt from section 139(1) of the Act.
