No mounting of places not intended for travel etc.

67. No mounting of places not intended for travel etc.

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, mount or attempt to mount a part
of a vehicle not intended to accommodate passengers for the purpose of travel.
Penalty: 15 penalty units. Example A person must not, without reasonable
excuse, mount or attempt to mount the roof of a vehicle.
