No protrusion of body or object from vehicle

63. No protrusion of body or object from vehicle

A person in a vehicle that is in motion must not, without reasonable excuse,
protrude a part of his or her body or another person's body or any object from
a door, window or hatch of the vehicle. Penalty: 10 penalty units.
