No annoying things to be brought onto vehicle

62. No annoying things to be brought onto vehicle



(1) A person must not bring or attempt to bring any thing that is likely to
annoy or disturb another person onto a public commercial passenger vehicle or
a public passenger vehicle operated for the purpose of a regular passenger
service.

Penalty: 5 penalty units.

(2) A person must not bring or attempt to bring any thing that is likely to
injure or endanger another person or damage property onto a public commercial
passenger vehicle or a public passenger vehicle operated for the purpose of a
regular passenger service.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.





(3) A person must not take or bring or attempt to take or bring onto a public
commercial passenger vehicle or a public passenger vehicle operated for the
purpose of a regular passenger service anything that an employee of a licence
holder or accredited person has told the person is likely to annoy, disturb,
injure, or endanger, any person or to damage the vehicle.

Penalty: 15 penalty units. Example An example of a thing likely to injure or
endanger is an explosive or improperly contained inflammable liquid.
