No musical instruments to be played

54. No musical instruments to be played

A person must not play a musical instrument in or on a public commercial
passenger vehicle or a public passenger vehicle operated for the purpose of a
regular passenger service unless he or she has permission from the driver of
the vehicle. Penalty: 5 penalty units.
