No smoking

52. No smoking



(1) A person must not smoke tobacco or any other substance while in an
omnibus.

Penalty: 5 penalty units.

(2) The following persons must ensure that a clearly legible "no smoking" sign
is displayed in the omnibus in a conspicuous place where it can be easily seen
by passengers when they board an omnibus-

   (a)  a person who holds a licence for the omnibus;

   (b)  an accredited person who operates the omnibus.

Penalty: 5 penalty units.
