50. Fares-responsibility of passenger for child under 15

A passenger on a public commercial passenger vehicle or a public passenger
vehicle operated for the purpose of a regular passenger service who-

   (a)  is in charge of a child under 15 years of age; and

   (b)  has not paid a full fare for the child-

must ensure that the child does not occupy a seat in the vehicle if another
passenger in the vehicle who has paid a full fare cannot get a seat. Penalty:
1 penalty unit.
