Fares-children under 4 may travel free

48. Fares-children under 4 may travel free

A child under 4 years of age in the charge of a passenger on a public
commercial passenger vehicle or a public passenger vehicle operated for the
purpose of a regular passenger service may be carried in the vehicle without
the passenger paying a fare for the child.
