Destination sign and route number to be displayed

32. Destination sign and route number to be displayed



(1) The owner of a public commercial passenger vehicle must ensure that-

   (a)  a destination sign is displayed on the front of the vehicle when it is
        operating on any route specified in the licence for the vehicle; and

   (b)  if required by the licence, a route number is displayed on the
        vehicle.

Penalty: 5 penalty units.

(2) This regulation does not apply if the vehicle is being used to carry
school children and teachers or supervisors and no other adult passengers.
