Operating equipment or vehicle

29. Operating equipment or vehicle

A person must not, without the permission of the driver of the vehicle-

   (a)  move or attempt to move; or

   (b)  interfere or attempt to interfere with; or

   (c)  tamper or attempt to tamper with; or

   (d)  operate or attempt to operate-

the vehicle or any equipment on or in the vehicle. Penalty: 20 penalty units.
