Animals

33. Animals



(1) The driver of a taxi-cab must not bring or allow to be brought into the
passenger area of the taxi-cab an animal other than the guide-dog of a person
with a sight or hearing impairment.

Penalty: 5 penalty units.

(2) The driver of a taxi-cab must accept the guide-dog of a passenger with a
sight or hearing impairment for carriage in the taxi-cab with that passenger.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
