24. Livery



(1) The operator of a taxi-cab must not operate the taxi-cab, or permit the
taxi-cab to be operated, unless-

   (a)  the name or trade mark or trade name; and

   (b)  the telephone number-

of the person accredited to provide taxi-cab network services with whom the
operator has approved arrangements are displayed on the outside of the
taxi-cab, in the manner approved by the licensing authority. Penalty: 10
penalty units.

(2) The operator of a taxi-cab must not operate the taxi-cab, or permit the
taxi-cab to be operated, unless the taxi-cab is painted in a colour or colours
approved by the licensing authority.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
